The MERTECH TLP4 desktop thermal transfer printer is designed for label printing. It is a universal solution for labeling any goods, including portioned dishes. The device provides fast label printing and high-resolution barcodes.

Advantages of the model

The MERTECH TLP4 printer has high performance. It can print up to 10,000 58x40 mm labels per day. A complex of automatic sensors monitors the workflow. The device status is indicated by visual and audio signals.

The model is equipped with a reliable printhead. Its durability is calculated for 50 km of labels. The thermal head is compatible with ribbons based on wax, resin or a mixture of materials. The label tape or ribbon can be replaced in 10-15 seconds. There is a fast-forward function in the menu.

The thermal transfer printer supports all popular 1D and 2D barcodes, including PDF417, QR Code and Data Matrix. You can use it to work with the USAIS or the mandatory marking system "Honest MARK".

The model supports USB + RS232, Ethernet interfaces. Optionally, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity are available. The printing protocols TSPL, ZPL, and EPL are used for operation. The menu has a function for downloading fonts. You can load label templates from Bartender into the device's memory. The amount of Flash memory is 256 MB, and RAM is 128 MB.

The printer has compatible accessories that are sold separately. To speed up the printing process, you can order a large roll holder, a cutter, or a separator.
