The MERTECH G400 thermal transfer label printer belongs to the industrial class. Up to 30,000 labels can be printed on it per day. The model is suitable for labeling goods in retail and small wholesale trade. It can print labels for marketplaces, stamps for Honest Sign and USAIS, as well as cash receipts.

Advantages of the model

The thermal transfer printer has a reliable design. The thermal head will not fail during the printing of 50 km of labels. The safety of work is controlled by a system of 8 sensors. A convenient control panel with a display is installed on the case.

When choosing templates, you can use a large number of fonts. The thermal transfer printer prints a large number of 1D and 2D barcodes, including PDF417, Data Matrix and QR codes. Customers get access to the Bartender program to customize the design of labels and receipts.

The model supports a wide range of printing protocols and interfaces. The basic configuration includes connection to a computer via USB Type B, RS-232, Ethernet and USB HOST. Optionally, a Wi-Fi connection is available.

The device has a stylish body with grey and black panels. Through the transparent insert, you can observe the work process. The rolls are replaced using the Easy Load system and take no more than 15 seconds.

A 25-120 mm wide label tape is suitable for printing. Rolls with a winding length of up to 450 m and a diameter of up to 254 mm are placed in the mechanism. The device prints on sticky labels, on tapes made of paper, textiles, and synthetic materials. Ribbons made of wax, resin, or a mixture of components are suitable as consumables.
