The MERTECH G400 thermal transfer printer is suitable for printing labels and receipts. The industrial-grade model prints up to 30,000 labels per day. You can use the printer to print the USAIS excise stamps and the "Honest MARK" marking codes, to make deliveries to marketplaces.

Advantages of the model

The industrial-grade printer has a reliable design. The thermal head's safety margin is designed for 50 km of receipts or labels. 8 sensors are responsible for the stable operation of the printing mechanism. You can control the settings using a convenient panel with a display.

The MERTECH G40 supports a large number of page codes, fonts, and barcodes. When printing, you can use PDF417, Data Matrix, QR. The 300 DPI resolution allows you to print small text. You can manage printing templates in the free Bartender program.

Wired and wireless interfaces are used to connect to the computer. The basic configuration includes support for USB Type B, RS-232, Ethernet and USB HOST. Optionally, a Wi-Fi connection is available.

The printer has a modern design with black and grey panels. A transparent window is made on the case to monitor the operation of the mechanism and control the remaining tape winding. The technology takes no more than 15 seconds to replace the rolls.

The machine prints on sticky labels and tapes made of paper, textiles or synthetic materials. Suitable tape width: from 25 to 120 mm. The compartment size is designed for rolls with a diameter of up to 254 mm and a winding of up to 450 m. The printing mechanism is compatible with ribbons made of wax, resin or a mixed composition.
