The MERTECH TLP400H is a desktop thermal transfer printer for printing labels, labels, labeling codes, and logistics stickers. The model is suitable for stores, warehouses, marketplaces and areas where accurate and stable printing is required throughout the working day. The printer prints at speeds up to 127 mm/s at a resolution of 300 dpi, which allows it to be used for small text, barcodes, QR codes and Data Matrix.

The MERTECH TLP400H combines clear printing with a resolution of 300 dpi, thermal transfer technology, speeds up to 5 ips, support for TSPL, ZPL and DPL protocols, as well as convenient USB and Ethernet connectivity. The printer is suitable for printing labels for labeling, warehouse, Ozon, Wildberries and other business tasks, supports BarTender, 1C, EVOTOR and printing popular 1D and 2D barcodes.

The model is designed for a daily load of up to 10,000 labels and is equipped with a thermal head with a service life of 50 km. The print width ranges from 20 to 108 mm, and the length of the print area ranges from 15 to 1200 mm. The printer works with ribbons up to 300 meters long and supports wax, wax and resin-based consumables, as well as resin. This allows you to select an option for the desired print durability and label operating conditions.

The MERTECH TLP400H supports printing on self-adhesive thermal labels, black label labels, and receipt tape. The paper width can range from 20 to 112 mm, the thickness from 60 to 200 microns, and the maximum roll diameter up to 127 mm. The paper height is maintained in the range from 8 to 250 mm. Thanks to this, the printer can be used for different label formats in trade, logistics and product labeling.

The device prints a wide range of linear and two-dimensional codes, including Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, EAN, UPC, MSI, GS1 DataBar, PDF417, QR Code, DataMatrix, Maxicode and Aztec. Support for QR codes and two-dimensional formats makes the model convenient for mandatory labeling, warehouse accounting, and label preparation for marketplaces.

The design has built-in sensors for lumen, black label with adjustment, head opening, absence of paper and presence of ribbon. They help to control the printing process and reduce the risk of errors during operation. Optional modules are available to extend the functionality, including a label separator, a cutter with up to 1 million actuations, and an external roll holder.

The MERTECH TLP400H is equipped with 128 MB Flash and 64 MB RAM, supports font downloads, a wide range of code pages, and is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11. Support for TSPL, ZPL, and DPL protocols makes it easier to integrate the printer into an existing enterprise infrastructure.

The desktop case is made of ABS plastic. The dimensions of the model are 200× 280 × 170 mm, weight is 2.32 kg. It is convenient to place the printer on a desktop, in a marking area or in a warehouse. The connection is via USB and Ethernet, and if necessary, you can use Wi-Fi as an option.
