The MERTECH SUNMI L2Ks data collection terminal is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. You can use the terminal for order picking and inventory in the store, for warehouse and logistics automation.

Case Features

The design was developed based on the wishes of users. It is thin and light and can be operated with one hand. The dimensions of the housing have been reduced without loss of durability. The device can withstand falls from heights up to 1.8 meters. Housing protection class: IP68.

The model has an LCD touch screen display. Thanks to the bright display, you can work with the terminal in direct sunlight. The model is equipped with an industrial keypad.

The bezel has been added to protect the power button from accidental presses. Scan buttons are located on the front panel, left and right sides of the body. The user can select the button of his choice.

Scanning module

The MERTECH SUNMI L2Ks is equipped with a professional scanning module. Scanning of labels is possible from a distance of up to 1 meter. The system recognizes all popular 1D and 2D barcodes. The SDC is suitable for accounting of alcohol according to the UGAIS and for work with the "Honest Sign" labeling.

The scanning unit recognizes scratched, stained or crumpled codes as well as labels covered by a transparent film. Barcode recognition is accompanied by an audible and light signal. The brightness of the front light has been reduced in this model to reduce the strain on the eyes of the operator.

Battery

The TSD operates on the basis of a high-capacity ATL 5000 mA battery. An intelligent overcharge protection system is provided.

The advantages of the installed battery:

  1. More than 800 recharge cycles without capacity reduction.
  2. Performance lasts for 3 years.
  3. One charge lasts for 16 hours of operation.

The design includes a backup power battery. When replacing a depleted battery with a charged one, the unit does not shut down and data is stored in RAM.

Interfaces

Support for dual-band Wi-Fi, cellular up to 4G, Bluetooth and BLE 5.0, GPS and NFC is implemented. For cellular communication there is a microphone with double noise cancellation and high-quality speakers.
