RS232 interface cable for MERTECH 610 / MERTECH 2210 scanner

This interface cable provides two options for connecting the barcode scanner. It has a standard USB connector and an optional RS232 connector. The accessory is compatible with MERTECH 610 and 2210 scanners. We do not recommend its use with other models.

The RS232 port is used to connect peripheral devices to PCs and highly specialized equipment. It is often found on older PC models. Connecting the scanner via this port allows you to free up a USB slot for other peripheral devices. RS232 ensures correct signal reception and transmission with a cable length of less than 15 m.

The interface cable has been designed to meet safety standards. Metal cores and high quality plastic materials are used in its manufacture. A plastic braid protects the conductors from damage.

The cable sheath withstands mechanical stresses, including tearing, bending, squeezing and repeated twisting. It returns to its original shape after the load is terminated. The degree of protection is designed for indoor use of the accessory. Do not allow the cable to get wet and hot, including from sunlight.
